Our commitment

3DPrintDash is committed to making our websites usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We run two separate web properties — our marketing site and the application itself — so the statement below is split by site. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (the standard referenced under the ADA) on both. Choose a tab:

What this covers

The 3DPrintDash application where the actual work happens: the quote studio and interactive 3D model viewer, the operator portal and onboarding, customer accounts, saved carts, orders, and checkout. If you can do something on 3DPrintDash, it lives here.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (the standard referenced under the ADA). The app is currently partially conformant — most of it meets the standard and we’re actively resolving the items noted below.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic landmarks on every page and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Every form control (sign-in, operator onboarding, addresses, checkout) has an associated label; errors are announced and tied to their field.
  • Color and contrast meet the WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 normal text) in both light and dark themes.
  • Keyboard operable throughout; dialogs trap and restore focus and close on Escape; price updates and status messages are announced to screen readers.
  • The interface respects your “reduce motion” system setting.

Known limitations

  • The interactive 3D model viewer is primarily mouse- and touch-driven. Core actions (sizing, removing parts, resetting the view) have keyboard shortcuts, but some fine manipulation is easier with a pointer. If you need help preparing or quoting a model, contact us and we’ll do it with you.
  • We are completing full screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and refining announcements as we go.
